I completed a BSc and an MSc in Physiotherapy in Romania, followed by a pre-registration MSc at Brunel University in West London. Since 2017, I have worked within the NHS, gaining broad experience across a wide range of clinical areas, including:

• Musculoskeletal outpatients
• Paediatrics
• Neuromuscular complex care
• Community rapid response and hospital discharge support
• Respiratory and intensive care
• Stroke and oncology rehabilitation
• Dementia care and frailty management
• Acute medical and surgical care
• General rehabilitation and falls prevention

Before relocating to Norfolk, I worked at an NHS Trust in South London and spent many weekends as a pitch-side physio for a local rugby team — a role that combined my love of sport with hands-on acute clinical care.

My Accreditations

I am HCPC, CSP, and Physio First registered, and I continue to work within the NHS at a local hospital — keeping my practice rooted in both clinical excellence and community care.

Availability

While I continue to work full-time in the NHS, I offer evening and weekend appointments at my Swaffham clinic, as well as home visits in Swaffham and nearby villages. I aim to make physiotherapy accessible and tailored to your lifestyle.

Outside the Clinic

I have a keen interest in sports and am a former martial arts practitioner. These days, I enjoy long walks with my dog, tackling the occasional DIY project, and staying active in ways that keep both the body and the mind engaged.
